Scopettes® & Scopettes, Jr.®"Comfort Tip" Applicators

Safe, highly absorbent, uniform and lint free... Ob/Gyn and Procto swabs with an enviable reputation for superb quality at an affordable price.

8" Scopettes, Jr.® Ob/Gyn "Comfort Tip" Applicators are available with a sturdy, rolled paper stem. Machine made for uniformity, the 5/8" lint free rayon swab head has a 3/16" cushioned tip to minimize the possibility of patient tissue trauma. Scopettes are the industry standard for large-tip swabs.

12" Scopettes "Comfort Tip" Applicators have solid rolled paper stem, Non-sized, highly absorbent rayon head.

16" Scopettes® "Comfort Tip" Applicators are available with co-extruded plastic stems and can be steam or gas sterilized.

Scopettes® 8" 12" and 16" are available non-sterile in cases of 500 swabs and in cases of 12 divided dispenser boxes of 100 (50 swabs per side) that protect the tips and minimize contamination. Also available STERILE.

Other Scopettes® swab styles include an 8" scored, double-ended swab and several sizes of unique single and double-ended barrel-tip applicators available exclusively from Birchwood Laboratories.

New, Sterile Scopettes chevron style peel pouches. These offer outstanding resistance to microbial penetration and excellent tear strength and puncture resistance. The packets are bar-coded to facilitate tracking. Available in our popular 8 inch Scopettes Jr.® Sterile, and now introducing a new 16 inch Scopettes® - Sterile package. The 8 inch Scopettes Jr.® - Sterile are designed for use in the OR for vaginal surgery, the ER for wound cleaning, or any procedure where sterility is a must. The new 16 inch Scopettes® - Sterile have a co-extruded plastic stem which is 40% stronger than other procto swabs on the market and is the only sterile 16-inch available.
